I had to drop off some notarized papers and the office still had 15 minutes til closing time but they were already closed. I called the office multiple times but all I got was their vm message. So instead of having to drive all the way back to Roanoke again, I just slid the folder of paperwork under the front door, and left a voicemail letting them know. I kinda expected a callback from them letting me know they got them, since they're the ones that contacted me to begin with.
Also, it would have been Really Helpful if the business hours that are listed on Google are updated, so people don't waste time & gas driving there when it says you're OPEN and you're NOT!!

We paid almost $4,000 for John to aid us in getting custody of our children back. He told me from the beginning there was no way that the other party would obtain full custody. We constantly expressed our frustration about the party having our children not following court orders nor DHR instructions. He assured us if they did not that he would file a contempt of court & when they didn't he refused to do so stating he didn't want to make the court mad. He didn't care. He did not follow thru on what he said he would do. We followed DHR instructions, completed all classes & cousiling & not once had another incident since the children were taken. That's a lot of money for absolute minimal action. We left with exactly what we started with. Biggest waste of money & time that our family will never get back. We also found out he went into court defending the wrong father of my children.

John Tinney is a licensed criminal in Alabama. He is the definition of corrupt lawyer, with the approval of the corrupt Alabama judicial system. He's the poster boy for white, corrupt "good ole boys."
He helped orchestrate the theft of half my Mother's estate. He's a monster.
