I would not recommend this lawyer the assistant Maria is so rude and there is no communication whatsoever! I called them and the receptionist told me to leave a message and that Maria the assistant would call me back and never did! I have called them a couple more times and no one has answered I have left messages and nobody has been kind enough to give me a call back. I call today so Maria can answer me all rude saying that I need to make an appointment for the PIP which is the New opportunity my husband has to get his status here. But how am i supposed to make an appointment when they don’t even answer the phone or respond to the voicemail you leave? They have no interest on helping the clients that they have already! They are only interested in getting new clients and more money! If you want lawyers that do not communicate at all or never answer the phone than this place is for you!

I dealt with Mr Shaw many year ago on a legal issue and wanted representation again on an issue. I called today 1-23-2024 at 11:50am to leave him a message and was "greeted" by the worst smart a** receptionist. she transfered me to a dialtone so I'm sure she hing up on me. When I called back the greeting was please hold which I did before eventually hanging up. Unbelievable people like this have a job

I was 17yrs old when my mom and myself were involved in a car accident. My mom is a sweet woman, who speaks and reads English poorly, so we were given his information by Clinical Real because of his ability to speak Spanish. I put my trust on him and so did my mom but it was a mistake. His quality of work is great, he knows what he is doing, and is very professional but does not justify the lies and his greed for money. I injured my back badly and a specialist was seeing my case. On my way to one of my appointments my mom tells me that I have to tell the doctor that I feel better because Mr. Shaw told her we were running out of money. We were not at fault and I was in pain but because I trusted the lawyer and my mom I told my doctor to stop treatment. We moved on with the lawsuit and it all went well for us until we got our checks. He took %50 OF EACH OF THE CHECKS!!!!!!!!!!!! There were 6 of us in the car with a min payment of $4K and a max of $16K!!!! WHAT A THIEF! %50 IS CRIMINAL!!! I'm in my 30s and it took me this long to figure out what he had done! BTW, HE DIDN'T TRANSLATE THE DOCUMENTS TO MY MOM WHEN SHE SIGNED!!!!!!
