Well, papers were ready for 5 months before they were actually signed and they werent what he had told me he had worked out for me. He said i would be doing 6mos to a year probation and some counseling with one felony to turn misdemeanor after i finished my probation and had told me this for monthsssss….then we get in the courtroom and it’s two felonies, and 1 1/2 probation with counseling….he lies to me period!!!!! When i called his office back, (because he had canceled court for the 4th month in a row with the so called deal he lied about ready to be signed) and asked to speak with him he gave me complete disrespect and even hung up on me.

I Highly recommend John Brinson as an attorney. Lawyer malpractice along with conflict interest. Took on a man’s case he was supose to help me press charges against now will no longer assist me even tho I’m on probation and his client. Along with that he wouldn’t even let me watch or look at any the evidence he just got tired driving out town and went on to next person to fill his bag of cash . Wasn’t there for my interest along with his just his . He was good back then but he’s starting to lose it.

I was slandered by horrible false accusations and charges. John worked diligently and all of them were dropped. He is a kind and knowledgeable man who can see past lies and get to the truth. John Brinson is All talk. My experience with him was awful. He did not show up as promised to meetings, and when he did show up, he had the wrong file or was not up to date on the case, he had the facts wrong for some important details at the hearing, he did not follow up on one very important detail....all of the above resulted in a longer sentence and hiring a new lawyer. Add he coerced more money from me. He seems burnt out and should retire.

If zero stars were an option, I would have given him that rating.
