I’ll be honest I was very hesitant going forward with them and especially with bankruptcy. They truly make you feel comfortable with them and the decision to push forward with the process. They have taken the time to explain every step and more importantly answer all my questions. If you are stuck between a hard place and a rock you should definitely consider John and his associates to help you, it’s been worth the piece of mind to me.

This firm is the epitome of professionalism and courtesy in helping new clients such as myself. Filing bankruptcy is not the most pleasant of experiences, but the staff of Steinkamp and Associates go out of their way to simplify the process. They stick with you every step of the way so you always know what to expect. All the staff are thorough and pleasant, especially Norma Weddle. She clearly explained which documents I needed to provide, promptly answered my questions, and really made the entire experience easier for me. My attorney was Bill, and he also is engaging and pleasant. If you need a bankruptcy attorney, give these folks a try. You'll be well-satisfied with the process and the results .

Would be lower if I could, horrible communication. I had to email weekly about the status and nothing was ever done. Never filed my paperwork and just stopped responding. Each time they did respond it was to send over my docs which I had already sent like 5 times. Still nothing was done. Reached out about getting my money back for the initial as nothing was done and not even an email back. Pathetic and would never recommend. They are crooks. And they will spam you phone with messages over and over about them trying to sue companies that try to contact you during the bankruptcy but then wont get back with you. Sad.

I wish I was able to rate higher than 5-Stars. Let's face it, bankruptcy is one of the last things we want to do, but it happens. As uncomfortable as it is, John Steinkamp and his team of professionals make this process affordable, educational, and dare I even say enjoyable!

They go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service to their clients and establish a game plan with you to ensure future success post bankruptcy. After filing for divorce, the next step was bankruptcy for me. I felt horrible about myself and things seemed bleak from a financial standpoint. John, Michael, Bill, Norma, and the entire firm set my mind at ease and let me know there was life after bankruptcy.
