My two siblings hired Mr Sanford to handle probate on my deceased mother’s estate.

I wouldn’t recommend Mr Sanford to anyone. In my opinion, Mr Sanford’s only interest is charging his or her client as much money as he possibly can with as little effort on his part that is required of him.

I attended only one probate hearing and Mr Sanford thought I was my older brother, ( my brother hired Mr Sanford), and seemed very confused when I told him I wasn’t.
Mr older brother was chosen by my mother to be the Executor of her estate.

I will also add, Mr Sanford did not follow my deceased mother’s wishes as stipulated in the will.

My mother clearly stated in her will that her home and property was to be auctioned off to the highest bidder.

This didn’t happen.
Mr Sanford contacted one of his Real Estate buddies to list the property and the
property inevitably sold for much less than it would have had it been auctioned off.
I’m still puzzled how Mr Sanford pulled this off

I wasn’t allowed any input into the matter because Mr Sanford made it abundantly clear that if I had any questions or concerns I would have to hire an attorney on my own.
Out of respect to my deceased mother, I kept quiet.

If I were to rate Mr Sanford on a 5 star rating system, I would rate him at a negative 5.
I would NOT recommend Mr Jon Sanford to anyone!

When I was 16 Jon represented my mother and I after we had been rearended by an 18 wheeler on Arkansas Ave. The man that hit us admitted to being awake for more than 24 hours and high in speed in order to keep working. Jon settled our case for us with the company that the driver worked for. He got all the money. My mother and I never saw a penny. All my adult life I had back issues. Finally a doctor found an old injury that was from the 18 wheeler. I wound up having a fused spine and a lifetime of pain while he lives high on the hog off mine and my mother injuries.

I called to ask a question regarding a legal matter and Jon Sanford picked up the phone on the first ring. Jon himself answered the phone and took the time to discuss the matter and give legal advice. Very knowledgeable and friendly. This man truly cares for the people, highly recommend.
