3 years ago I was going through a divorce from my ex. They were so helpful and helped me afford a lawyer for it. They took my case even though the legal system didn't do a damn thing and my husband was violent and I had pictures of the bruises up and down my arms and fat lip. He was allowed to come back to the house and nothing was done. So I filed for divorce and my ex. fled to Chicago. I hired a lawyer named Czech in Chippewa falls, he was a joke. He actually looked out more for my ex, who represented himself. The lawyer was unprepared, had me paying twice for repairs of the house in his work sheet, which I caught. He had numerous conversations with my ex, which I should have been privy to, I was so caught up in getting the house ready to sell, and was an emotional wreck. This lawyer, which only now I can talk about gave him a 28,000 car which I paid for mostl, when the whole estate was only worth 33,000 dollars.i couldn't tell judicare at the time of this lawyer until now.

Randy Westgate - you got 12 one star reviews in a row. Are ya startin' to see a pattern here slick? They pay you, yet you do NOTHING to help your people that YOU have been assigned to work with. You're in the wrong line of work sport, you'd fit right in tho, at the DMV.

I read several reviews and a few sounded similar to my situation and I was surprised about how many people had similar bad experiences including bad attitudes. I’m not questioning if I missed something with how things went anymore. That’s just how they are there.

I had a bad landlord, she over charged me and had to pay me back. I had a clear documented case of retaliation. She got the eviction because 2 attorneys from Judicare ignored all my pics, letters, and months of documentation. Did there own thing and I'm homeless. I also have to put my beloved dog Charlie down whom I thought I would live out her natural life. She's a Rottie no one else will allow her in rentals that I can find and winter is approaching. I would have been better off defending myself. I had 3 evictions thrown out and was on Sec 8. No one defended me that could of saved a roof over my head till I found something. My documentation and landlord misfiling saved 3xs they could of at lease filed a stay till housing or courts made a decision. Expecting what he thought would work instead of my documentation, and no safety net filed. I lost my home

Don't waste your time. Attorneys are concerned with their reputation, instead of caring for the client's best interest. The attorney I spoke with was insecure and nervous on the phone. How then would she have been confident in a courtroom? It seems the attorneys are green and fresh out of law school; hence, they are afraid of representing a challenging case.

I'm disabled. I had a problem with my landlord by violating the lease and I've been told to pay the bill which is supposed to be the manager's job as stated my lease and these hernies are supposed to be for people with fixed income these attorneys won't even help you

Not helpful… seems tailored to choose what they consider unjust in society. Bureaucracy at its worst and no results at best ?

Nathan is very respectful Randy is rude he will not listen to a word you have to say, If you're a woman ask for someone else he is a misogynist he was so disrespectful and rude as hell to my self and daughter but when he interacted with my brother it was like night and day. Even though we were dealing with an issue of the death of my brother and his landlord not allowing my brother's family to retrieve his property. Randy has absolutely no sympathy for a grieving family just the opposite. in his job he is supposed to be impartial he was just the opposite. If you want to be treated decently and With respect ask to deal with Nathan.
