I highly recommend Kay Ghad for legal business matters. Noah and Arash were amazing. I’ve dealt with business attorneys before, but not like these guys. They did an amazing job on getting me a purchase agreement put together to buyout my business partner in our LLC. I get a little nervous so I called them and emailed them a lot, but they were very responsive and explained the legal and tax stuff so I could understand it. They also stuck to the timeline we discussed, so I was very happy. I will definitely use them again.
