Mrs Kemmerer is a miracle worker! I've hired attorneys on 4 separate occasions in my 27 years as an adult and she is BY FAR the best of the best! Not only in terms of her legal knowledge and ability, but also her rates. If you have difficulty reaching her, it is only because she is working so hard for her existing clients. Dont stop trying! If she helps you 1/10 as much as she did me with your issues, you will be satisfied!
