Purchasing tickets was definitely a splurge for me, but it was so worth it! The experience of seeing wildlife and the glaciers was incredible, and the staff made the experience so memorable. There are vegan lunch options as well (make sure to identify that when buying your ticket). Don't forget to tip the crew!!

Took the glacier boat tour ! A four hour boat tour down resurrection bay out to the open water. Saw all sorts of wild life including seals, dolphins, goats and birds. The captain was informative and pointed out local wildlife. They served lunch as soon as you get on the boat. There is a salad or two different types of burritos. At the end of the sail they offer warm chocolate chip cookies. There’s a bar downstairs that offers drinks and cocktails. 10/10 would recommend this. Beautiful cruise.

Outstanding Captain and Crew. We saw an unbelievable amount of wildlife. Humpback whales, sea otters, mountain goats, seals and too many birds to list! Nesting pairs of bald eagles were awesome! Lunch was nice, but the hot chocolate chip cookie to wrap up the tour........too sweet!!

We went on 9/23/24 and had an absolute blast. Unfortunately it was end of whale season, and also a bad storm in Kenai Fjords NP, so part of our cruise got canceled for safety reasons, however they offered to do a smaller portion of the trip and a partial refund, or full refund if you wanted to cancel completely which was highly appreciated. They also hold your bags for you if youre coming from a cruise

I wish I remembered our captains name but she was so skilled and awesome. She made the trip extra fun with her knowledge and what she could show us. We saw stellar sea lions, bald eagles including a juvenile, mountain goats, harbor seals, a sea otter, and a few other critters and birds.

My mother in law and husband had the best time and felt this excursion was their favorite part of our Alaskan trip.

We had an absolutely amazing time on the 6 hr national parks tour. We took the 8am boat out with Capt. Wade and the crew of Carly, Gayle, and Jensen. Each of them were kind and knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to love their job. We couldn’t have asked for nicer weather or waters for our cruise. On the tour we got to see a humpback whale, sea otters, stellar sea lions, bald eagles, puffins, other sea birds, and get up close to a glacier. Lunch was served on the boat and it was pretty good….chips and southwest style chicken wrap. The cookie towards the end of the trip was a nice way to wrap it all up. I did take Dramamine before the trip as I wasn’t sure what to expect and others likely didn’t realize the ocean would cause as much movement as it did and didn’t fare so well. So, if you think you’re prone to motion sickness then plan appropriately…you are on an open ocean tour after all. Overall we had a fantastic time. I got some great pictures, we learned so much, and the crew really made it a great experience. Thanks Kenai Fjords Tours!!
