Heidi and her team worked with my mom on a trip and fall case that extended over 3 years. During their time working with my mom, I was extremely impressed with the level of knowledge, professionalism, and kindness they showed. Heidi and her team worked endlessly on compiling information, taking pictures, interviewing necessary parties, traveling to different states and much more. When the day finally came for mediation, it was apparent how prepared Heidi and her team were. They had dates, facts, numbers, pictures, and testimonies. The defense had nothing. In the end my mom was able to settle without going to trial, but was pleased with the overall outcome. Had Heidi and her team not worked as hard as they did, I am sure it would have had a different outcome. We would absolutely recommend Heidi and associates for anyone looking for strong, competent lawyers in the Madison, Indiana area.

First of all, Heidi tells you in the beginning that she charges 20%, so no surprise there. It should also be no suprise that you pay $750 to see her doctor (who is wonderful) as well if you don't have your own insurance/doctor. Heidi just fought a long 14 month battle with Workers Comp for me and I went in it open minded. I knew it was going to be rough because of how my previous employer was acting. We both (Heidi and myself) couldn't believe the way they (previous employer) treated me over this case. It should have been cut and dry but unfortunately there are bad employers out their that will feed W.C. anything in order to try to not get you to win the case. Well, I am fortunate that I had Heidi because not only did we win the case but we got a substancial amount more than I even expected. I am now going to use her firm for my next case on custody. They will be my family lawyer for anything I need and I will tell anyone they are the best practice in the surrounding counties. Thank you Heidi for caring about me and my son. For doing everything you could to make sure I got the justice I deserved.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES believe anything Heidi says, she promised that my WORKER'S COMP case would take 2-3 months, IT TOOK 9 AND A HALF MONTHS!!! I would call the office and get the run a round by the receptionist. Most of all she promised I would be able to see her doctor in Greenwood but she doesn't even have a doctor in Greenwood!!! I had to go all the way to Columbus! She said she charges 20% I had to pay her 20% plus $800 for doctor for 1 visit that lasted 45 minutes!!! plus PAY FOR COPIES! SHE LIED AND MADE BROKEN PROMISES ABOUT EVERYTHING!! BEWARE!
