Called Branford Kennedy & Perkins and spoke with a woman who said she would call back in 5 minutes. Two hours later, I called again and got vm. Sent request for appointment on website where they said they value their quick response. No response. This was on 8/29, it’s 9/13 - not very rapid. 🙁

I have been wearing glasses for about 65 years. I just saw Dr Demeo at Kennedy and Perkins in Branford for the first time and he was wonderful! He explained everything to me as to why I’ve had so much trouble and made suggestions on how we can solve my problem. Not one eye doctor I’be ever been to (and there are many) has ever done this. He is by far the best doctor ever. And his lovely staff is just as wonderful!
I’m so happy I will be able to see again, the right way.

I've been in the real estate industry for over 25 years and I pride myself in customer service. I always feel compelled to give a review when I receive excellent customer service that goes above and beyond. That is what I receive at Kennedy and Perkins. I have purchased several pair of sunglasses over the years. Always wearing my sunglasses they
gets wear and tear and little issues will come up. Anytime I have an issue, I will stop in the store they will address and correct the issue. They're always happy and cheerful and a pleasure to visit. I can't imagine purchasing my sunglasses anywhere else other than Kennedy Perkins!!!

Four years ago my eye doctor told me not to purchase glasses from a inexpensive provider. I’ve been wearing glasses since a very young age. So, I chose supposedly the best Kennedy and Perkins. The glasses cost me over $600 after what my insurance paid, not an inexpensive venture.
I now am four years later and the many coatings I was sold as part of my purchase are now starting to peel from the lenses, so I thought I would stop in an see what they would say. I was told it was the environment and I they are four years old! Mind you she never even looked at the glasses. I would have at least expected the showing of an effort.
What a disappointment to say the least! When you’ve worn glasses as long as I have you come to expect better from a well known company.

The best in the area! Great staff, who is always willing to go above and beyond for every patient. Kennedy and Perkins carries many lines and offers a wide range of lenses. Every time I visit, I am always well taken care of and the DR. is very thorough. Also, they have SO MANY MAUI JIM’S WOW! Shoutout to Catherine and Josephine my favorites.

I have been lucky enough to have good eyesight until I hit my 50's. Been to the eye doctor and needed to get some sunglasses for sports/outdoor activities and also progressives for everyday vision. The whole experience of selecting frames, getting fitted and everything was as pleasant and positive as it could be. I am glad I took advice from MANY people and went to Kennedy & Perkins. I would recommend them to anyone.

First time using Kennedy & Perkins and all the young ladies were very pleasant to work with. Especially Catherine Capone. I was having problems with the frame I had picked out and in a short period of time I made several trips to the store to have my glassed adjusted. I was almost embarrassed to go back again but there was no way the glasses were going to work. Catherine took the time and went above and beyond and found me a much lighter frame and was fortunate to fit my lens into them and within a half an hour I was done and so appreciative of her helping me and me leaving a happy customer. Thank you Catherine!!!!

Delightfully aesthetically pleasing optical retail shop. My salesperson was knowledgeable, very helpful and I absolutely LOVE my GUCCI eyeglasses. High-end fashion frames are a staple here which is precisely why I came and purchased my eyeglasses here. Will most certainly be back for a second pair and will refer friends & family, too.
