WORST TAX SYSTEM IN PLACE!!! my husband and i payed $200 to have them done CORRECTLY but instead they not only messed up on putting direct deposit but they put the wrong address for mailing address so now we have to wait TWO months until we see our return. even then, WE have to do the work to get our actual tax return sent directly to us instead of THEM but WE payed $200? for what? to have them mess it up and not even offer any type of partial refund for sticking us with a new girl who’s first year filing was with us.

DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE. NOT WORTH THE DISAPPOINTMENT OR FAILURE TO FILE CORRECTLY. which you’d think they’d have trained better for someone’s first time filing.

definitely filing elsewhere next year.

I was treated with the utmost hostility by one of the ladies there. I called one day wanting to speak with the person who prepared my tax return because I have a legitimate concern about the processing time at the IRS. On the call, I was told that I was being pushy. I went to the office the next day, after speaking to the same rude lady earlier in the morning. I was immediately told to “get out”, after she learned my name. I PAID almost 300 dollars to have my taxes done, and was not even allowed to speak to the person who prepared them about my concerns. I will NEVER go back! That was my first time having my taxes done there! Very nasty, rude and unprofessional treatment I received!

The person who filed my tax rerurn for me was profesional and well knowledged. She was also very kind, funny and had a sweet nature. I felt at ease while I was there and I am confident in their work. I definitely will be going back there because of her and her attitude, and her work is on point 100%. I do have one negative feeling and comment about this business, they charged me $243.00 to do my tax return , holy $#@¥! that is outrageous. Living on an island in Akaska is all about overcharging. All the businesses in Ketchikan way overcharge for everything. We don't make alot of money, my fiancèe has both physical and mental disabilities and I recently have become a certified caregiver part time, we live on an extremely tight budget. I am sure the fee they charge is not alot to most, most people work full time, so probably it's just me thinking the fee was too much, but for me that fee is how much I make at 13 hours a week. Other than the fee, this is the place to go for your tax needs!!

Do not take you taxes here. I turned mine in in January and by September they still were not finished. They allowed my corporate return to run past the deadline even after extension. No communication. Understaffed. Still charged me way to much and only did half the job. Terrible.

I’m currently being audited by the IRS after having my taxes done at this place. Would not recommend unless you like dealing with the IRS.
