This man is disgusting. This Law firm is disgusting. Mr. Fishy is disgusting and a disgrace to the legal system. He files a motion of objection to a settlement that his client clearly didn't abide by. He doesn't even have the correct dates like come on idiot do you research and put together the motion right and accurate. He was asked not to contact me and still has. He thinks he can bully me and I'm going to back off. What he did was wrong what his clients did was wrong for money. Mr. Fishy must need money because who defends trash like the people he does. He and this firm represent slumlords and thieves. Good luck because this time you guys will need it. God is in total control. Please don't use this form unless you're just as dirty as them. ?

My father, Dr. Alan Spiro of Tucson, Arizona, entrusted this law firm, also of Tucson, Arizona, with his Last Will and Testament. It was a mistake. He was a very intelligent and competent man (and a retired university professor of economics). If he could make this mistake, so could anyone. My father died on April 17, 2024. On May 2nd, this law firm, assuming I did not know of his death, contacted me announcing that such death occurred that morning. THIS WAS LIE #1. The representative who called me was paralegal, Sandra Robles. (She does not have to worry about disbarment.). LIE #2 soon followed in such phone conversation. She said she would contact me again in early June when the process of probate would begin. According to her, she would include a copy of my father's Last Will and Testament. She never contacted me because the lawyer, John Christiansen, destroyed the Will. A few days ago, I blocked all texts, emails and phone calls except for my last email. I informed Ms. Robles that all future communications would be reported by me to the police. I also informed her that if she transmitted the counterfeit Will to me, I would forward it to the Bar Association. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LAW FIRM! THEY ARE VERY DANGEROUS!!!!!! If the law firm would like to dispute what I am saying, they can sue for libel. I very much welcome an open court discussion which would bring me resolution and the closure I emotionally need.

Secretary that answers calls is rude (idc how long you’ve been in business for).
Plus if this practice is more for corrupted landlords then REMOVE THAT YOU HELP TENANTS!
I have a good case on my hands plus nothing but evidence and this practice doesn’t even care because they won’t make enough off a case.
Remove that you help tenants you LIARS.

Spoke with Jim Frisch today about a real estate problem I was having. He was so nice and helpful. I felt he was more hands on than any other office I have spoken with. If you're searching, this is a good one. Leave a message, he WILL call you back!

My post doesn't contain my real name. I am 100% satisfied and delighted that Mr. Frisch represented me in my Eviction Action against a tenant. He was efficient, responsive and accountable. From my experience, I would hire him again and certainly recommend Mr. Frisch to any other landlords, owners or property managers in Tucson/Pima county who need to evict their tenants. I feel gratitude for his services and for my ability to avoid interacting with a tenant whom I am eager to get out of my home. Thank you Mr James Frisch and his admin whom I fitst spoke with on the phone. Thank you!

As if things in the country are not bad enough already I called them to see if they dealt with landlord tenant issues because of a situation between myself the property owner and property manager of the place that I currently and still pay for it. When asking If they dealt with that kind of stuff and those type of cases the lady that answered the phone stated “yes we do but we are heavily on the landlord side not the tenants”. It’s crazy to see that instead of doing the right thing and helping people in a situation that they are unfortunately in no matter whose side it is on instead of upholding the law to either side that it should be held up to the obviously play favorites!

Member of hoa that hired him to represent hoa in receivership. He obtained several stipulations to protect our hoa assets. But when the receiver virtually abolished our hoa against the court order he. told us he could not represent us to get receiver to follow stipulations because it would be conflict of interest ?
