My experience with Mr. Kincaid was fire above anything I could’ve ever imagined he had confidence in me and exceeded my own with the help of my sister behind me giving me even more confidence I knew I couldn’t fail my final meeting with Mr. Kincaid was very pleasant we talked like old friends he help me in ways that I would wouldn’t have expected if I ever had a question about anything or any concerns he always help me through it Everybody in the office was kind and helpful every time I phoned they put me right through.
I guarantee you it wasn’t easy but it was well worth it and I’m proud of myself my sister’s proud of me and Mr. Kincaid expressed how proud he was of me if I ever need help again which I don’t ever intend to Kinkade & and Associates would be my number one pick I’ve never met a kinder bunch of people and I want to thank them all I feel so free and so relieved that it’s all over with I appreciate all the help they gave me and I’ll never forget the kindness thank you kinkade and Associates

Kevin Kincaid handled our bankruptcy and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with him and his team. If you’re considering Bankruptcy, I highly recommend Mr. Kincaid and his team. They were a tremendous help!
I was on the verge of financial collapse, and they were able to help me get back on stable ground. I genuinely hope they are aware of how much they truly help people. I was beyond stressed when I first walked into their office, Mr. Kincaid and his team will walk you through the process, and ensure you have everything you need when you first speak with the trustee. I believe had I gone with another attorney, the process may not have gone as smoothly as it did.

I highly recommend Kinkade & Associates. They helped me and my wife get back on track with our finances. Every question and phone call I had was answered promptly. Everyone at this office was very helpful and understanding. With 2 years left on the chapter 13 my wife passed away and Mr. Kinkade was very helpful in guiding me through to the end.
