Our experience today at KL was phenomenal under the circumstances. We unfortunately went in to get a will notarized for my father in law who may not have much time left. Krista was very personable, friendly, accommodating and kind. However, it goes beyond just that. She did not even charge my father in law because he is a veteran.

Krista was simply AMAZING! She was knowledgeable and kind and you felt like she was family. Thats how she treats you. I would 1000 percent use her for any notary need. Krista is our favorite notary, and we've used many of them in the area over the years. Every transaction has been smooth, efficient and correct. After getting the run around and jumping through days of unnecessary hoops for what should have been a simple title transfer at other notaries, Krista accomplished it immediately! We've used her services several times and she is always very friendly with longer open hours on Saturdays than anyone else. Conveniently located right where Rt. 65 and Rt 388 intersect between New Castle and Ellwood City. Large, open parking area. Any veterans out there - go see Krista!
