We used Konchel and Associates for our estate planning. They were absolutely fantastic. Besides knowing and understanding the laws, Matt was a perfect combination of thorough, persistent, and easy to work with. Estate planning would never be mistaken for fun, but with Konchel and Associates we have peace of mind knowing that things will go smoothly and our loved ones taken care of should the worst happen (knock on wood!). I highly recommend a) going through the estate planning process and b) using Konchel and Associates when you do.

We met with Matthew to set up a will and family protection plan. He explained the world of wills, trusts, etc in detail and offered guidance as to which plans were best for our family. Matthew is an excellent communicator and teacher. He is detailed oriented and catered a robust plan to the details of our specific family. We look forward to working with Matthew in the future when we need to make updates to our will. Our peace of mind has increased since working with Matthew. We highly recommend his services!

I wanted to give a quick review to add to my 5 stars to better clarify why the highest rating is warranted. Matthew has taken care of several of my families wills and estate planning. He takes the time to explain procedures and processes in a way any layman would understand. Also well versed in all parts of the legal system should anything arise where legal counsel is warranted. It's nice to have a great lawyer on your side. Even better when you can call him your family attorney!
