Got served for a small claims case for a medical bill I didn't know about. This place would NOT answer phones or email. I did the leg work to verify the claim. Went to the hearing and agreed on a monthly payment, which I watched him write on the form. As I was reading the form, he kept badgering me to sign it. I told him I would only when I was done reading it, which I did. When I asked for a copy of it, he said the clerk would mail it to me. He then gave me a card with the account number and web link to make the payments.
When I received the paper, it said NOTHING about a monthly payment. Just after making the 1st payment, I get a paper mailed to me stating that they were going for a wage garnishment supplement.
Made the 2nd payment, and then I get papers for a wage garnishment hearing. However, this hearing is to be by phone because of the " threat of health concerns due to the COVID pandemic." Um, I was just at the courthouse 2 months prior as there is NO pandemic. Also, the phone number listed is for THEIR office, not the courthouse.
This place is beyond shady. They are crooks. I will be filing a complaint with the BAR association. They need to be shut down!

I worked for Krisor for a few months and thought it was a great place to be and felt cared for.. I then had to leave the company due to daycare issues as my child has autism and im a single mom and I was “payed in advance” a couple of weeks while there and I would make up time for it. I asked Mr Krisor if I could make up the time and then part ways as I do not want to miss any work when they could hire someone else in my position. I was told to either come back or “write a check” they then sued me for the $780 and are already attempting to garnish my wages not even two weeks after the court proceedings. With THE WRONG EMPLOYER and mind you they even called my old manger in a stalking manner when I didn’t want to come back there to try to figure out if I went back there or where I’m at. Very weird. I’d advise do not get a job there. Very sketchy and all “a helping hand” until things do not go there way. I have plenty of screenshots saved and will be perusing a lawyer that I have already obtained in a different situation. FYI. If you’re rude with them or get upset with them they will personally make things harder for you!

Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of having to pay a debt through Krisor Law. I never leave reviews, but thought this may be helpful to some. While they are not open to the public, that is their personal choice, so I can only say that that is inconvenient. Especially since they never answer their phones! I was on hold for 20+ minutes each time before they even picked up the phone. I was beyond frustrated! I drove to their office (before I knew it was closed to the public) to make it easier on me, and whoever answered the doorbell was not friendly at all.

Currently sitting on hold... 49 minutes and counting to speak with someone... oh! Someone did pick up at the 32 minute mark because I hit 'make payment' and sure as sh't someone picked up!!! Of course she was of no help so back on hold I go.... minute 50 and counting. Ridiculous.

Sketchy company. Will sue you immediately before you have a chance to pay off debt, or even know that you have it... Doesn't matter if it's years old and you never got an original bill. Also doesn't matter the amount, you would think something less than $1k wouldn't be worth going to court over.. but I guess that's not the case. Very rude over phone as well. Wouldn't give me info needed about my debt, other than the name of the original place l owe.
Instead they just immediately proceeded to start drilling me on where I work. A bit weird. I originally thought it was a scam but nope! Just corrupt, money hungry lawyers 🙂

Willing to defraud the elderly! These people are as low as low gets! Charging an incapacitated individual for alleged charges the person supposedly made while incapacitated. Sick, sick, sick!

If I could give zero I would...these people have refused my payment and everything then turn around and garnish me for a bill I called to pay and they refused...I will be going before the judge to get this taken care of...and now a month later I'm being garnished after paying 150 on it so where my money go...you guys are the true meaning of lowlifes...take food off kids plates to put in your pockets...the whole reason why people don't seek medical attention...because of scum like you guys....

I didn’t know I owed this company money until I received court paperwork stating that I was being taken to small claims court. On the paperwork that I received it stated that I owed a certain amount with additional attorney fees. I had tried contacting the business to see how much is owed along with the initial bill but know one answered so I went to their website and payed the initial amount owed. This business had a month and a half to contact me to tell me how much I still owed and didn't until the court date had passed and I now owe them court fees. The way that all of this was handled is completely unprofessional and it’s embarrassing that the utility company uses this unprofessional business for debt collecting.
