Kristina Jacobucci is a remarkable family-law attorney. Intelligent, hard working, and sensitive to the complicated emotions of family cases, she guided me through the quagmire w/ great skill. She was the GAL in my husband’s case and after $25,000+ in fees she has done nothing for my three step kids but let them be in harms way. Now she has been released from the case because we are sueing her for gross negligence and misconduct. We were told she was the best but I have so much to say about that!!!!

Can you give negative stars? She was the court appointed GAL for my children. She billed $25,000+ for the case. She was so bad I had to sue her for Gross Misconduct and Gross Negligence (Indiana Case: 46C01-2402-CT-000252).

So much disappointment with this lawyer, wish I could give 0 stars. She “represented”me for 3 years and has done absolutely NOTHING to benefit my son and I besides get me 3,000$ in debt. If you want a “roll over and let life happen”approach, she’s great. Nothing was ever done on my behalf except give me pity. Do yourself a favor and save yourself being strung along for years on end and having nothing to show for it except major debt.

My sons mother has been violating my court visiting rights for about a year now and has severely damaged me and my sons relationship. I heard from a friend she was a good lawyer but I tried and tried, waited 7months and tried and tried again. I never got a chance to to speak to anyone but the receptionist and she told me she was out at lunch, on a phone call, meeting with lawyers , out again, etc. Maybe she has a pick of who she returns phone calls to, idk but I must not of made the cut or something. Hope others find better fortune than me with her.

I talked to the receptionist and she was extreamly rude. I will never reccomend this place. Not to mention hat after the quarentine they never called to reschedule our appointment. Very unhappy
