Omid really went above and beyond in helping me handle a business issue I had. He was very approachable over the phone and was able to schedule me quickly for a meeting at his office. In person, Omid answered all of my questions and put my worries at ease. He really has your best interests in mind and I greatly appreciate his efforts. There is a tendency to bury your head in the sand when it comes to dealing with this IRS. Not because you don't want to meet your civic or maybe even your moral obligations, but because most communication with this organization is so daunting, so pressure packed and so frightening that it seems to cause paralysis. Not to mention the fact that you're made to feel as though you're trying to get away with something, which makes you feel like a piece of s**t.
I had tried for years to appease the IRS by trying to live up to what they were telling me needed to be done, but I just didn't have the financial resources to maintain their proposed solution for the long haul. So, as a result, I kept treading water.
A friend of mine told me about the success that had with K&S Law Firm and recommended that I give them a call.
From the moment I set foot into the K&S Law Office, I felt an immediate shift in my spirit. I met Omid Shirazi and after speaking with him for a short time I said to myself this guy is sharp. I could tell that he knew exactly what he was talking about. He was calm and pleasant to work with and he gave me a sense of relief....long before he starting offering me solutions.
Shortly thereafter, the calls and letters stopped. I feel like I have regained mobility and can move forward with my life.
If you are like me, it's sometimes easy to think this is too good to be true. Believe me, it's not!!! If you have a 'tax situation' I highly recommend calling K&S Law, you will be glad you did.

In 2016 I was in a world of tax turmoil. Not sleeping, constantly worried, when would the lien might occur or when was the garnishment hammer was going to drop. Then it happened. I don't know what you would do when a IRS Agent knocks at your door, but for me it was polarizing. I didn't have a clue what to do. Luckily, I wasn't home. The agent did have the courtesy to call me while she was standing at front door and sarcastically asked me for a check. What a jerky thing to do.

I was given Omid's number from a friend and my life was changed. Omid put my wife and I at ease and assured us that things would get handled. He and his team did just that. The IRS wanted me to pay 250,000 dollars and they had no reservations about trying to get it. Like I said, I was polarized and I surely didn't have a quarter-million dollars and an agent had already been to my house without hesitation. Well, fast forward to 2017- a year later to be exact. With the help and professionalism of Omid and his tax colleague Tyler I was freed! I didn't have to pay a thing. That's right they resolved my IRS tax issue and even though they wanted 250k, Omid stopped the Feds from seeking to get anything from me or my wife.

I feel blessed to have met Omid and the K & S Law Group. Lifesavers!
