We went into the office to deliver our complaint. We never expected to have such a great experience. These people were very kind and understanding of our situation. They are extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us.
We have no idea how our complaint will be handled from this point on, but everyone in the front office was wonderful.

It's like dealing with a massive pyramid scheme, where all political figures are involved with one another and will do anything to protect their best interest. This needs refreshed to the top. Do not come here for lawyer recommendations.

I got referred to the lancaster bar assoc by an attorney that didn't handle malpractice suites. Well, this is supposed to be a referral bar association, not an assoc that takes $ up front, then charge their regular fee after 30 minutes. I cannot afford that not the $50 for a half hour. Whatever happened to helping people out of good will. Could see paying an atty their fee(s) in office but by telephone, it could be anyone. I can't afford the fee...sorry.

Paid the fee to be paired with an attorney. Found out after, that attorney does free consultation anyway. The attorney was kind and knowledgeable, but hasn't been good with communication so my civil case (that I did most of) is ready to settle. I just want to pay an attorney to make sure I didn't miss anything before I agree to the terms and payment. Kinda disappointed in the service.
