In Jan 2025 I transacted the sale of trailer park in Colorado. Land Title Guarantee Company processed all of the complicated paperwork for this title transfer at a reasonable cost. I am so grateful that Land Title was involved because the paperwork complexity was daunting. I will say that "sale of a trailer park" in Colorado is more complicated than, for example, sale of a single family residence. I believe my trailer park "exercise" was a new experience for all-involved, including Land Title Guarantee. Regardless, with their help we patiently navigated through the sale and, going forward, I would gladly rely on their services again.

I thought Land Title did a very good job on our closing, keeping us informed at every step of the process. My only criticism would be that the company was a little lax about formatting foreign addresses, going with what seemed right rather than making sure the foreign address format was correct. But that's a small niggle, and overall, I was impressed.
