Extremely poorly run office, this place is begging for new leadership. Black mold is a code violation and should be addressed SWIFTLY. I cannot wait to see this entire staff held accountable.

Apparently Cody Evans and Matthew May get to pick and choose which code violations deem their attention. A property can have 8 valid violations and only 4 are deemed "real" even though their RUDE secretary listed off 8 that would be considered as code violations. They have no idea what they're doing, probably because their heads are so far up their bums. They need to be looked in to ASAP.
