The help here or lack there of.... These ladies in here clearly don't know how to do their job. Every time I step in here the phone is ringing and whom ever answers it is always very rude and very confused about what is going on. This is a lack of care for your job or just a job to collect a paycheck with no care for the responsibility....

Well its been Goin on 2 months now since the Nashville office has gotten a payment from the covington office my son has been waiting on his money since June 1 somebody's not doing there job ? Re;->
