As a new physician and business owner in California who had a poor experience with previous CPAs that were unresponsive and caused penalties, Mr. Fallahi and his paralegal team were tactful with my requests for tax accountancy and in picking up the mess from my previous CPA. He charged market value rates upfront before any work was done, however, which I am not a fan.

My greatest concern was his ability to help create a simple physician company/partnership. We started the process in June 2019 and are now just finishing the process(10 MONTHS).

He and his team made multiple errors in providing information about simple items, from registering a fictitious name token providing the wrong address to send name change documents to the IRS. All of this resulted in a significant loss of time (5 months) and money, and kept us at a standstill in registering insurer contracts and being able to bill under our company's name. I was embarrassed and flustered when I found out how simple this task was and ended up doing it myself.

Overall, my biggest concern was that Mr. Fallahi made no concessions or discounts for my harrowing process, even knowing that's a young vulnerable physician who is just trying to get a business going. He might fight well in court for larger cases for his other clients, but clearly mine was not a high priority for him compared to the exorbitant amount I paid for these services.

I have known Mr. Fallahi and his practice for over a decade. Everytime I approach him to get some guidelines or tips about the tax law and my business, he has always been helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. The office staff have been quite fri3endly and professional and I like the fact that he is one of the few tax advisors who is both a tax expert (CPA) and tax attorney. I highly recommend him.
