Despite the non working elevator we were welcomed in the lobby and taken to a nice private area. We were an hour early, miscalculated the traffic from Cape Coral. One of your employees motioned us to sit down and offered us water. We had plenty of time to review the documents for our Last Will and Testament. Someone from the office upstairs came by several times to see if we had any questions before Julia comes down. We enjoyed our visit with Julia, she explained the many pages in layman’s terms and we signed, payed and felt relieved to have this part of our life taken care of.
