WASTE OF TIME! EXTREMELY SHORT, RUDE, AND AGUMENTATIVE WITH A "POTENTIALLY NEW CLIENT" BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU COULDN'T DO ANYTHING and expected me to pay $4000 STILL?! I called to see if I have a case that they would take on. She said she needed a no more than 2 minute summary of what was going on. I was interupted not even a sentence into explaining what my case is.... I said I have an ethics, deceptive practice, and.... interupted " I need more information than that", response, I was just getting into it if you could give me a second. I explained what was going on, her response "since I can't get anything out of this monetarily, you need to pay x,y,z.. "Do you agree to that before we continue?" My response, "Well, since it doesn't seem like you can do anything for me".... interupted again, raised voice, "well you haven't been fired or anything!", response, "Oh, so that's how you choose to speak to a potential new client trying to ask questions?"... repose, "What about the way you talked to me"....(what? by stating g that you literally just told me you couldn't do anything for me and wanted almost $4000, $650 consult & $3000 retainer, to do what exactly then?) I actually interupted this time, "Thank you for your time, but I don't think this is going to work", and then hung up.... Not worth your time, even for a consult. My union rep found numerous issues and I just wanted an attorney on board well to help the case. TO ME, IT SHE SEEMED THAT SHE DIDN'T CARE WHAT I HAD TO SAY, SAID THERE WASN'T MUCH SHE COULD DO, AND THEN GOT ANGRY😤 WHEN I JUST REPEATED WHAT SHE SAID?!

What legitimate attorney writes cease and desist letters for people without all the facts and evidence? This attorney sent over a cease and desist letter via email to us, for trying to collect on a debt of a client of ours. He had not paid for 7 months worth of work & still had 5 months left on his contract after he put a stop payment on his authorized direct debit. He told us multiple times he’d pay for the work done, but decided to have this email sent to us instead.

Hope he pays her, because he sure didn’t pay us. Since she thinks it’s okay to not pay on work that has been completed (even after he agreed verbally and through email & texts to pay), I don’t know how reputable she is.
