Worst attorney.if you value your well-being, steer clear of this lawyer. He’s uncommunicative, unreliable, and completely self-serving. You’d honestly have a better chance representing yourself in court than trusting him. All he cares about is money, not his clients. He misled my spouse into believing he could win the case, only to lose at trial. Save yourself the disappointment and stress—do not hire.

I've had my fair share of experiences with attorneys and the judicial system... This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had with an attorney and his staff. Shelly (his office manager/assistant) and Gary are my favorite!

I was charged with DUI in June of 2020. The circumstances of the arrest led Gary to believe that we could win the case, so for a nominal fee, I hired him to fight this as hard as he could. After numerous phone calls/texts, an in person meeting and multiple court dates... we had a very strong case against Jefferson County. In the end, we "won" the case and I pled to an "Open Container" violation resulting in a $100 fine and roughly $80 in court costs. I would have been facing a minimum of 10 days, $10,000 in misc. fees/classes and other bologna. This was well worth the money I paid him.

If you were unlucky enough to be charged with a DUI and you feel like you were unfairly treated by the system, hire Gary. His knowledge of the law, relationships with the courts, personality and dedication are unrivaled in my opinion. He's not your typical "attorney"... and that's exactly what I like about the man.
