I'm only giving a 1 because I can't give a 0. Used this attorney through legal services at my work. Knew when I met him, he was not for me. Wanted a 5000 retainer up front even though legal services pays for the first 12 hours. Of course none of that was discussed in the meeting. Only found out because I called legal services afterwards. In his case he got paid for 13 hours. Then bills me for over 2400 more which I questioned. He got paid over 4000 for basically a uncontested divorce which I fired him after our separation agreement was put on file. All they did was serve her papers which was unnecessary. Scheduled me for mediation when we were not fighting over nothing. Had to call them to cancel it and get charged to cancel it and revision. Found mistakes in drafts with her name misspelled and even Spartanburg county when it was Greenville County. You guessed it, charged again for revision through their mistakes. Have never got a itemized list with final bill after requesting it. He did mail me a check with some of my money, but clearly took more then he worked or deserved. Don't let the 4.5 rating fool you with only 23 reviews. Would not recommend to anyone

Updated: First of all, no you didn't get me a divorce decree, you got me a separation agreement put on file! Your a liar about honest fees upfront. How come no mention of legal services and what they paid you? Furthermore no one should be charged for your mistakes on drafts. Second mediation is not required on all divorce cases especially when there is no disagreement. Your a thief of services and one of the most dishonest attorney I've ever met. Just because you drive a Porsche and live on golf view ln don't make you special. We all see how you afford that though robbing your clients of money. 💰

Also I never got a finalized invoice that I requested more then once, but not surprised when you have no integrity. Maybe the office of disciplinary control board needs to hear about how much legal services paid you and me?
