We have used Brian Trinidad’s services many times over the last few years. The first time we hired him, he really impressed us. From the get-go, Mr. Trinidad was so professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested to get all of the information so that he could give us the best possible outcome.
Conversations with him are always easy because he works hard making sure we are at ease with all of the information he is giving us. He explains things well and has never ending patience. The thing that has impressed me the most is his impeccable follow up and kindness with his clients. I can not recommend him enough.

At first, I was very pleased with the service I was receiving from Jeff. When time to negotiate with Mediation, is when the trouble started and ended. The first offer on the table was for a couple of thousand less than what I paid to retain him! Jeff looked at me and asked, "whatcha think?" Not once did he speak up in my behalf, he totally misrepresented me! He didn't make one settlement offer. When I suggested a price, which was extremely low, he told me no, they won't pay that, he didn't bother to ask them. He discouraged me from a jury trial. He showed me a document that was not part of the original contract, and he refused to give me a copy of it. It contained statements that were not true. He refused to answer my questions regarding that document. That made me believe he was on their side and there was no winning for me even if they had to use lies and shady information. Next thing I knew, he was ushering me by my elbow, out the door, case over with only a mere fraction of what I should have received. I believe I lost over a hundred thousand, dealing with him.

Jeff was great in court and I'm glad I took his advice when the situation in the court room could of easily gone the other way. Jeff is the guy you want to represent you in court. I fired Jeff Mann because he entrusted his Office Manager, to deal with the opposition's insurance company. After a year of being jerked around by a con artist Paul who I thought was a lawyer I fired his firm and hired a real firm who immediately got results. We went to trial and I won a very favorable settlement.
