100% topnotch Counsel! I received an almost 2 hour consultation with Attorney Mills and he made me feel more comfortable and gained more knowledge than I have after working with another for 5 months. He took his time and combed through the files of my case with me (first time that's ever been done) and educated me on several possible scenarios in detail. I can tell you that he's a great and caring Counselor that cares about his clients' outcomes and overall wellbeing. He even gifted and signed one of his several novels .
