Johnathan Peterson is fantastic. He understands what a landlord has to go through and makes the process less stressful. He helps the one with the most money of course. Not a tenant lawyer. He'll get u kicked out in 12 days, to make court date a month later. When that date came Peterson dropped the eviction n lawsuit. Living from motel to motel, missing birthday, holidays, ect.mounth ago I finally got a house "cause u can't rent a house if you have an eviction and or been sued. Out of last ditch effort I got a house in Gary a month ago. I got no heat or hot water n Gary can't help me or my 4 children from 2-10 years old, and two with special needs. Thanks for the hustle. The landlord he represented hadn't fixed the sink, heat for a year, no central air for a summer. Washing dishes out of the bathtub, And I had proof. Judge didn't even hear my case. All I was told is to get out of the house "and I saved receipts for my lawsuit". Didn't matter. Now I got a slum lord that says if you don't like it, MOVE. THANKS Peterson. Go to hell. I Cant Imagine how many kids suffered cause of you. If your a landlord n need to win no matter what with Peterson you will. Wait till I put photo of the mess.

Attorney Jonathan Petersen is very rude & unprofessional. I have a court order for a 10k escrow check that he refuses to hand over to me & my wife after the judge ruled in our favor. This escrow check was supposed to be given to the Court Clerk over 18 months ago by attorney Jonathan Petersen according to my then attorney Jeffery K Williams.
