Joe and his team where absolutely phenomenal. They understood my issues, didn’t press, and gave me time and space to do and think about filing before committing to it.
After I decided to file, they walked me through everything and have done everything they can to help me. I’m severely mentally I’ll and their patience with me was never ending and they definitely were some of the only support I got while going through the process of filing. They make sure you know it’s not as scary as everyone says and they made everything as painless and easy for me as possible. Their kindness, patience, and communication skills with me were amazing. Friendly and helpful. While expensive, I wish they had the option like Lloyd Koehler in New Albany where everything was taken out in payments through automatic payments. They require the full amount before they’ll file, although after a certain amount has been paid, you can refer creditors to call them. If I had that much money to put out, I wouldn’t need to file bankruptcy.
