I retained Kimberly to help with a child custody case. She was not proactive or helpful. Kimberly uses any excuse to take a long weekend leaving her incompetent assistant Kishi in charge. I found many mistakes on invoices including charges for a divorce case that wasn’t me. If you retain this office, make sure you proofread and spellcheck EVERYTHING!

I love this office with Kim and Kishi! I unfortunately ended up needing a divorce, and from the first phone call to the final email I could not have been more pleased with the treatment I received. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet also kind and caring. Kishi is helpful, friendly and so compassionate. They helped to make this awful situation so easy for me, and I am truly grateful. I don’t know much about legal fees, but I found the cost reasonable and well worth it with no hidden fees and unexplained additional costs.

Kimberly Schulte and her assistant, Kishi, made my divorce process as seamless and quick as possible. Ms. Schulte is a wonderful lawyer who is kind, competent and understanding of the challenges one may face in difficult life circumstances. If you need an excellent lawyer, look no further. We came to Kim as a suggestion from a local attorney to handle the guardianship for our son. We met with her and had instant confidence that she would represent us and handle the process with perfection.
We were not disappointed.
Since then, we have employed Kim's services for the transfer of our special needs son from Lake County to Pinellas County and even our divorce which was made effortless from the duties one would need from Kim.
