If you're looking for an immediately available attorney, there's reason this is the only one you'll find. I was accused of presenting a "revenge" suit, despite naming an approximate dollar amount I am out due to the negligence of a company I had the misfortune to do business with. Also during the 2 minute call I was looped in on the attorney's religious beliefs, which had no place at all in a phone call with an attorney's office. Great, the office closes at 12pm Fridays. Period. I do not need to know that it is preparation for religious activities the following day that have NOTHING to do with me or my case. I received an intake form to complete via email. The top of the page states that I've already had an initial consultation. No, I haven't. The 2 minutes I was on the phone was not a consultation, no actual details of my case, not even the name of the company I did business with or what that business and services and fees entailed were discussed. The form further misspelled my name, despite my email address being correct (which contains my name!). Clearly there is a lack of attention to detail which is a crucial expectation I have from an attorney. The form has duplicative questions, including many focused on upselling other products/ services. And again, the attorney's religious beliefs are included for absolutely no reason going as far as to include a link to the seventh day adventist website. Yes, ON AN INTAKE FORM FROM AN ATTORNEY. All of this and reviews from others reporting this attorney's lack of responsiveness and nickel and diming over review of each individual page of case documents are plenty enough for me to know that I will not be working with this attorney. And a special message direct to the attorney: inserting your religious beliefs are doing no favors for your work with the general population. It doesn't even matter what religion, just stop. It's a real turnoff and truly feels icky to me.
