I’m not the sort of person who usually goes out and writes a review but after my experiences with Christine Ciociola I felt compelled to do so.
Christine has a been a family attorney for years and I recently completed the probate process for my father. Losing a loved one is never easy and this process could be tedious and stressful. Christine and her team helped walk me through every step of the probate process making it much easier. She is thorough, professional, and extremely responsive. I am a private person and not always comfortable sharing personal business, but I always felt comfortable with Christine knowing my personal affairs would be private. She has the highest standard of ethics.
I cannot recommend her enough to anyone seeking legal counsel. She not only is a great attorney, but quality person who I will gladly do business with anytime.

This lawyer is horrible. Please save yourself stress and do not work with her. My step father passed away a year ago and my mom was very confused and needed help with probate. This lawyer pushed my mother around. She didn’t respond to my mom for 2 months. They withheld form from my mom until she paid a fee, which she ended up paying for something she didn’t even get. They misguided my mom by giving her false information about her status as the administratrix. They sent important documents to the wrong address. This lawyer would raise her voice when my mom asked questions, she would have an attitude whenever my mom asked for things to be in writing. My poor mom was grieving her husband and had to deal with being taken advantage of by this horrible lawyer.

Absolutely horrible lawyer!!! Never again.

I really began to wonder if she was in cahoots with the seller's attorney because she told me that they were keeping my deposit, despite having a financing contingency exit clause (which is pretty standard).

I had to chase Christine down and when I finally got her, she told me they were keeping my deposit and I'd have "to pay her expensive litigation fees to fight it" if I wanted it back.

All she had to do was read the contract! What kind of lawyer doesn't think of exit clauses, first and foremost!? Not this lawyer.

She did not help me get it back whatsoever. In fact, I had to represent myself and threaten legal action to the seller's attorney if I didn't get my deposit back.

Ultimately, the seller's attorney acknowledged the clause and promptly returned my deposit for failure to secure enough financing for the high value property we were trying to buy.
