Michael Trimmer is a liar and a cheat. I gave this theif alot of money, to help me. He did the opposite. Then switched firms, without notification. Extremely unprofessional and shady, in my opinion. I recommend not dealing with this firm. Study law and do it yourself.

I was selling my parents home but I live out of state. Initially the assistant was very helpful and sent all of the paperwork for me to do the closing without me present. I sent it back and never heard anything from them. But most importantly, I DID NOT receive the Settlement Statement prior to the closing or afterwards until I actually asked about it.
