Kathleen and Margie were wonderful! The IRS was trying to tax me for an error in tax forms submitted by my financial institution. I tried twice to clear it up myself, but they obviously weren't even looking at the explanations and documentation I sent them. They just kept sending letters to me with threats to come after me for payment. Kathleen and Margie sent the information, and cleared the matter up immediately. Thanks to them, I am finally on the road to recovery from all the stress and anxiety caused by the nature of the IRS inquiry and scope of potential financial penalties. I highly recommend this firm for your tax needs.

Waste of time and money, disorganized, unprofessional, When my wife and I decided to go to another accountant Kathleen charged us close to $200 for filing an extension and one phone call; then she told us we had to pay or she would not give us our tax paperwork back. My wife and I never agreed upon her fee schedule prior to her doing any work for us and only saw her rates four months into "working" with her. I would not recommend her to anyone; she has very poor communication with her client.

I called about a situation I have from my father passing. Kathleen was extremely condescending and showed no care for my situation. She did advise that I was dealing with "quite a mess" but did not offer further services; however, she did wish me "the best of luck." I don't know who these other people that rated her so highly we working with, but it certainly wasn't the woman I spoke to. Don't waste your time or money.
