This review is about a year late.
It is important that I thank Mr. Marsh.
My father had passed away and left my sister and I a rental property. Unfortunately, neither of us knew anything about being a landlord. (My parents divorced when I was 13. The relationship with my father was very rocky. At the time of his death we had not spoken in approx. 12 years. He never wanted to talk about money. So we were never taught about being a landlord) Up to this point I had never owned any real estate, even my own place.

We got the dreaded call from the tenant that there had been a water leak. The leak destroyed the kitchen, and mold was discovered in the wall. We had relocated the tenant to a local hotel while the mold was being remediated. But then the tenant started demanding things that seemed unreasonable. Unsure what to do, I reached out to a realtor friend for a referral. Mr. Marsh was that referral. Unfortunately, single family rentals are not his area of specialty. But Mr Marsh took a considerable amount of time to educate me and advise on being a landlord. What I learn has been so beneficial. Mr. Marsh I cannot thank you enough for your wise counsel.

Anything he says is not true. How just gets your money and he doesn’t do anything. Whenever I call him about my case he says he will take care of it but never does. He’s not a good lawyer and can’t be relied on. Don’t waste your money on him.
