I hired Paul not long ago for custody of my son. I had been compiling information regarding the neglect my son was experiencing. By the time I had reach Paul, he had everything that was required to slam dunk this case. When we reached the court room Paul was very compassionate and professional. Paul Baugh did something for our family that many said could not be done.
He fought the good fight and as a result we was awarded guardianship of a minor child. She was in a bad situation which did not look good for her future.
Now , because Paul Baugh stuck with us, listened, understood the assignment, this child has plans to excel In many ways. She is an honors student, in various academic fields. We are forever grateful to Paul Baugh and his staff. Choosing the right attorney certainly does make the difference. He made a very positive outcome for this wonderful child who certainly deserves it.

Paul billed us for $3,200 of work he then said he was unqualified to provide. Additionally he failed to appear in court twice (going to the wrong court once and being completely unaware of the date the second time). Finally he took advantage of an emotional situation to try and eek more money out of us and then admitted it later. He’s unprofessional, unorganized, unfriendly, and has no problem misrepresenting himself. Don’t let him lie to you, take advantage, and steal your money.
