I left several messages for Raymond to give me a call regarding a situation I intended to retain him for. His office is extremely unorganized and his secretaries are not helpful. I never received a call back from any attorney regarding my case. I would avoid this office if you need anything time sensitive.

I highly recommend this attorney . He is the most honest attorney I have ever dealt with and very knowledgeable and experienced in his field . He is unusual because he does not take cases just to make money from his client . He is honest up front and his guidance and advice is based on what is best for his client . Too many attorneys take client’s money without their best interest but not in this case . He is easy to get a hold of and punctual . I can honestly say working with Mr. Hovsepian was a pleasant and positive experience despite the many hurdles we had with a nightmare landlord in our business .

This office is a nightmare. Calls are not returned and secretaries have no idea what’s going on. Raymond is never available and when he is you are only priority if it’s time to collect more money. Avoid this attorney if you want quality representation.

I'm just the average" Joe " worker. I have been taking care of my parents out of state, longer than expected. My landlord was a problem. I called Raymond's office, spoke with Leticia, got a consultation with Ray, he listened came up with a plan . I went to court about a week ago. I'm happy with the results. If you have the money for this guy do it. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! if I have any other legal needs Ray's our guy.
