I've had the recent good fortune of having Gregory Spadea Esq. handle my recently deceased Father's 2024 1041 Fiduciary income tax return.
Mr. Spadea's knowlege of tax filing become apparent from his asking pertinent questions and taking appropriate measures to see that the taxes were done in a timely and efficient manner. He is not only a qualified tax attorney he is also very personable.

I had a very complex tax situation and I got audited by the IRS. Tens of thousands of dollars was at stake. I had taken a deduction on my federal taxes. I was almost sure I would lose my money to the IRS. My accountant recommended Mr. Gregory Spadea. Apparently, he’d had experience in these sorts of situations. When I met Spadea and told him my story, he was extremely empathetic; very unusual for a lawyer, in my experience : ) He crafted a letter to the IRS with an exhibit A,B,C, and so on. Much to my shock and elation the IRS ended up allowing the deduction. Spadea isn’t cheap at $400 per hour, but I was rewarded many times over by reaching out to him.
