I was charged with a hit and run, with suspicion of dui, due to a car accident with other parties involved and a totaling of my vehicle. It was a bit of a complicated case and after contacting a few different attorneys I ended up retaining Thomas Fleming.

This came at a time in my life where things were already difficult enough and then came the filing of a court case. Once Thomas Fleming agreed to handle my case, I knew I was in good hands. He relieved most of the stress I had about the case and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He also agreed to appear for me and considering this was in a different county than I reside, transportation was extremely difficult without a vehicle.

He was able to get the DA and Judge to agree to a complete dismissal of my case. Without me even requesting it, he met and talked with DA privately,and got the judge to sign a court order sealing and destroying the record of the arrest and the court case. I can now legally say I was never arrested or charged in court.

I actually work as an officer in the law enforcement field and was involved in DUI arrests.
