I cannot speak to the quality of attorney Mr. Davis is. I can speak to the slow and unprofessional rude response of his legal assistant and office supervisor Georgette Truin. I emailed this office on Monday of this week and responded to the return email asking me for information so they could set up a call. I received no other communication until today Georgette called my phone unannounced. I discontinued the phone call because I work in the emergency room and this call was not scheduled nor justifies me walking away from my work. Georgette believed it would be appropriate to email me an unprofessional and disrespectful email because I discontinued the phone call. I was shocked, I have never experienced any professional behaving this way. Just because someone contacts your office doesn't mean they will do business with you. In addition to her unprofessional rude attitude, due to her slow response, I have already retained counsel with someone who understood the urgency I have for my legal issue and treated me with professionalism in response time. My advice is to look else where. Lawyers are vey expensive and we pay them with our blood, sweet, and tears. We look to them to be advocates in our time of need. For someone in the office to be so rude, is a red flag. This law office will be come close to your family and know intimate details of your life. Do not just trust because they have letters behind their name. Clearly this office does not have a sense of empathy, compassion, or professionalism. They do not deserve and they are not trustworthy to guide you through this difficult time in your life.

I want to give a 5 star review to attorney Vince Davis in California for his CPS YouTube channel. So much really helpful information. In one of the comments I found his personal mobile number, and I called it, not realizing it was 5:30am in the morning where Vince lives. OMG, he answered and gave me a free 31 minute consult. He told me 3 specific things to do on my case that I know are going to really help me. I can’t afford to hire him, but I do recommend watching his YT channel and getting a phone consult. You can tell the man has decades of experience. 5 Stars!

Thank you Mr Davis for speaking to me right away about this guardianship case.. regarding my daughter.. I found out just in March 19 2025 that my parents petitioned the court for guardianship of my daughter and the court thought I was missing and they didn’t know I was living at home and my dad lied about my mental health and made me look like a monster.. this was all last year and I had no idea he was doing this… I’ve been scared and nervous about it all feeling alone until we talked today.. and we had a hearing last week on April 16 and the judge yelled at my dad saying he had no evidence but we still need to go back July 2 for an evidential hearing and I know I can’t go unrepresented. I’m thankful to have found you somehow and to know someone so knowledgeable, experienced and strong is defending me .. as painful as it is.. I’m a professor in sociology, No issues and I’m a good mom living with my parents and I had no idea the court allowed grandparents to steal children.. I know CPS is corrupt so I thank you for what you do. I’m grateful that I’m close to ending this nightmare.. with your help.. if it could happen to me it can happen to anyone and it’s a crime to steal children away from good parents.. what kind of world have we come to? I grew up with my grandparents and they didn’t try and steal me from my parents.. thank you and again and I thank you for helping me. I haven’t felt as sad and alone in all my life as I do now.. and speaking to you felt like someone actually understood how BAD this is and how it takes away our human rights..

Vince Davis represented me in. DCFS / CPS case in LA County. I was in a big bind. Instead of going to trial against Davis they decided to give me a sweet heart deal. During the negotiations they tried to pull a fast one, but Davis had to remind them about the law and facts. If I kept the court appointed lawyer I would have been screwed. It really helps to have a 39 year expert trial lawyer. You get sweet heart deals.

Your customer service or receptionist has a very bad attitude. Yesterday, my son tried to get help and the woman was very rude. Someone called him but he was working (firefighter) and when he called back, the receptionist was rude again. You never know the hurt someone is feeling and how it's not easy to have to hire a lawyer and tell a stranger their problems. YOU should have more empathy or don't be in this business.

You were highly recommended by a friend who used your services 9 yrs ago. Maybe the quality of service has changed. This is not an easy call to make for this family.

Vincent Davis is the best! I hired Vince to sue CPS regarding my civil rights. Well, we won the case and got the checks today. Thanks God for Davis, he and his legal team was responsive and available through the case.
Sometimes you have to sue CPS and teach them a lesson!
