Extremely disappointed. It’s been almost three years without so much as a courtesy call regarding the status of our case. Every time we reached out, we were met with excuses and vague updates—always the same line: “We’re negotiating.”

Looking back, the red flags were there from the start—especially when we witnessed William arguing and physically confronting one of his own employees. I’ve since learned that this behavior isn’t uncommon for him, which makes the situation even more troubling.

It’s truly disheartening, especially when we made a conscious choice to support a business that represents us. Sadly, that trust was not only misplaced—it was taken for granted.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Never again.
