Dr. Kales and his staff go above and beyond for their patients. I have been a patient for several years and have received excellent care. He was extremely helpful when I broke my foot and couldnt get an appointment to see an orthopedic for weeks. Dr. Kales was able to see me immediately and fitted me with a boot to stabilize my foot. A bad doctor. He had no education or empathy for a special needs child who doesn’t speak English. My brother was having pain in his toenail and went to see this doctor for treatment, and all he received was a lack of manners and professionalism, with the doctor telling my brother to shut up and stop yelling in his office. At no point was my brother yelling at him; he was simply complaining of pain, as that was the only thing he could say due to being a child with a syndrome. Bad doctor!!!! TERRIBLE!!!

This is an office response to untrue statements made by H Marin
There are always 2 sides to unfortunate situations.
Due to HIPPA regulations a specific and detailed response cannot be given in this forum.
There was a recent incident of concern in our office with a disruptive patient who could not communicate and had a long standing chronic issue that had not been followed up or recently addressed. This created a major disturbance for everyone in the office. The family did not notify us of the situation in advance and was unable to control the incident.This was witnessed by multiple staff and others.
They were advised to obtain a second opinion and were not charged for the visit
We take pride in providing optimum Podiatric care to the residents of PASCO and HERNANDO counties for the past 46 years

Pasco Hernando Foot and Ankle is absolutely the best. Dr. Kales is an expert in his field and his care is very patient centered. He explains his treatment plan and is available for questions and concerns. The staff is always welcoming from the moment u enter the office. Always helpful and professional every visit, they are there to continue and assist the patient with the medical plan. All the professional assistants are so knowledgeable and helpful and they teach you the best techniques. I am very grateful to have have found Dr. KALES.

Dr Kale is a Hack and only interested in what the insurance company pays him. Instead of taking care of my foot properly he just sands it down. I had a different Dr take care of my foot prior and asked to have my foot be treated differently, Dr Kale made it seem un attainable and from prior experience my foot does not have to be treated they way he wanted to proceed. Find a different Dr for your foot needs

Very mean to turn an elderly woman away because she could not make it through the door in her wheelchair, she had an appointment but because she couldnt get over the little edge and no one helped her she could not be seen and was told he cant have her as a patient anymore after 25 years, now thats rotten , dont go to this heartless doctor.

All the staff & Dr. Kales are so friendly, knowledgeable & personable. One (big) toe nail had ingrown on both sides. I learned so much. They explained everything and answered questions before I could ask them. Angel was a true angel! We had a great rapport.
He really has a great team working together. I appreciate that! I'm so happy that I went to him. I wouldn't hesitate to return for any possible future foot issues.

Dr. Kale and his staff are absolutely amazing!
So short story… I went to check my left big toe and it was infected. So Dr kale gave me options on what to do and end of the story my toe nail is gone forever and won’t regrow back. The process and procedure was great. Angel is such a sweet lady too she was so so nice to me.
