First we arrived at the office, after receiving a call advising that our loan documents were ready. We arrived they did not have the loan documents, then I noticed that there were items listed on the closing statement, that no one told me were to be paid off. But they never mailed the Check to the creditors to pay them off- That is a Huge NO No- Deceitful, dishonest..

Kim was an exceptional person with whom to work. She was on the ball every minute of every event. I received a phone call frequently to inform me of what was to do next in order to satisfy the "Spruce Company", a very difficult business to deal with. Rude and unprofessional. My overseas father in law just purchased a home in Goodyear, closed escrow 11/07/17. On 11/06/17, they sent an email to him saying he still owed $5 for the home warranty, and that he needed to pay it immediately. Being as he's 10 hours ahead, he asked my husband to handle this matter. My husband called this morning, and when he explained he was calling regarding the home warranty fee and how to pay for it, for which we also do not have paperwork for, he was hung up on. He has tried calling numerous times only to ring to voicemail. I have also tried calling this morning to handle paying this fee, and have been sent to voicemail. Completely rude and unprofessional, all for $5. Bad customer service
