I was very lucky and blessed to find Attorney Andrew Banyai during a very difficult time. Having him take my case along with three of my neighbors was a relief beyond words. Andrew was attentive and compassionate regarding our challenging situation. Together with Attorney Maria Alaimo, their combined professionalism, expertise, and commitment brought the results we had hoped and prayed for. I am so very grateful. Was given advice during a custody trial by one attorney who agreed to take my case, after months of waiting for a hearing I was told that the attorney closed out my application and that I'd have to resubmit. Once I resubmitted I was given a different attorney who snapped at me when I told her I didn't know how to answer a motion and said "I'm trying to advise you, you just won't take my advice" and was told that while I am disabled, a mother, and qualify for assistance - she did not Want to represent me, and "You seem like you have this all figured out". 4 years in court against "Believe in Eve" and I barely retained custodial parent and walked away with less than half the states Mandated Minimum in child support for 2 kids.. if nothing else, these people are biased and act in prejudice.

My attorney was so great! After speaking with 4 private attorneys and 2 free legal advice attorneys, I left the legal aid , 15 min consultation more informed than all the others combined. No joke! Awesome, blunt and honest! Wish there were more like him out there! Thanks again
