Huge waste of time.Scheduled a consultation and was given a date and time by Amanda in your office. We all take the time off to field this call and you completely blew us off. No call no show. We call your office to be told by Amanda that she had not actually written in the appointment and you are "out sick!" What kind of record keeping is this? I thought this was a attorney, how are you hiring such disorganized people? You had a week to let us know you could not make it. No one had any intention of letting us know you were out. If this is the kind of service your establishment provides who would ever use you? I see you "high" rating on Google and then see on your webpage that you want to be contacted before someone leaves a negative review...Do the right things and keep appointments and you won't need to ask people not to leave negative responses... Luckily we told Amanda this would happen so technically we did contact you before leaving the review. She can explain to you why (she) " fell short"

I was referred to Ben in 2020 after I took it upon myself to file an industrial injury/workers compensation claim. The claim was initially denied, as is the case in the majority of claims filed, and a court date was set. It was then I called Bens office and he was able to successfully obtain a rather generous award after a short period of time. While working with him on my claim I came to realize that he possesses a wealth of knowledge about the workers compensation system and always had an answer to any questions or concerns I had.
Ben is still diligently working on getting me a lifetime award through another type of claim he filed on my behalf because of the accumulation of injuries I sustained over my 30 plus years with my employer.
Unlike the negative reviews that are out there, I can’t imagine nor did I ever experience Ben not following up with me after I contacted him or him giving any type of bad advice. I would not give any weight to what was written that is not positive about him. Some people are just unhappy no matter what transpires.
I actually referred a co-worker to him and Ben has handled his case successfully and with great results also.
If you or any one you know has been injured in connection with their place for employment I would not hesitate to contact Ben Helfman for representation.

In 2020 I filed a Worker’s Compensation Claim, which was excepted, with a rating was well below what I expected, or felt was appropriate. So I contacted Ben Hellman, who was referred to me by a friend. From the beginning he and his staff have been very personable, helpful and professional. Ben has stayed in contacted with me, keeping me informed of the status of my case. Through his diligent efforts Ben was able to settle my initial claim higher than originally offered, and now he has begun assisting in filing a claim for S.I.B.T.F. Which will carry a life time benefit. I feel the services and advice I have received have been great.
I recommend Ben Hellman for any Worker’s Comp Case you might have. He is in Redding, but I’m sure he would be great to deal with from anywhere in the state of CA.
