Nothing new. Alex actually answered my call after the initial review. He gave “reasons” and apologized for the poor communication. Promised they were actually about to try something new next week and he would update me. That was months ago. I’ve emailed several times since and have heard nothing. Worst $1,200 I’ve spent in a long time.

Begin original review We engaged their services to collect a debt on January 11,2024. Since then communication has been spotty. In the last 60 days several emails and phone calls have gone unreturned. Lots of excuses early on and now nothing.

Response to their reply; Check your voicemails and emails. Maybe if you returned them, youd be able to piece together who this is.

(Look at the responses to reviews - they deny EVERYONE was a customer, it's their only escape). (I chose to remain anonymous on my posting due to toxicity of the owner, as you can see in their response, if they continue to deny I am a customer, I will upload all the email conversations). Do not expect this company to retrieve a dime. We gave them $20,000.00 of collective accounts, he brought back $130.00 over 1 year. Don't respond to emails, worse customer service. Hired Legal Action Bureau in Spring of 2023 to help recover a judgment and barely ever heard from them again. We only ever got two updates, one being "They are hiding and it is a matter of time." Not sure what that even means We had to send multiple emails before ever getting a response, and I still don't know where my case stands today. Just as bad as the people we are trying to recover our judgment from. Would not recommend.
