We have been working with Anwesha Sarkar on my mom’s divorce for almost 2 years now. Shes done NOTHING but give us the run around. Shes so unorganized. She will get on the phone and ask us the same exact questions she asked last time we spoke. She’s almost always out of town and has an excuse as to why she won’t answer to reach back out 3 weeks at a time. I’ve heard her speak so disrespectfully to my mother over the phone. My mom doesn’t speak English well and we have advised her to cc me on all emails and she continues to only send emails to my mom knowing she can’t respond or understand. She has been a nightmare to work with. I don’t recommend her. We have expressed the urgency of this case due to safety reasons and she dragged this case for almost two years only to now try to say my mom makes too much working at a grocery store for her to represent her. I will be in touch with her supervisor. People come to lawyers looking for defense and safety, not to be taken advantages of their vulnerability. I am disgusted, so angry and so sad for my mother.

I had a very indepth intake with Mirna this morning. She was extremely helpful with getting an attorney for two different situations i am going through. I would highly recommend calling Mirna at the Legal Aid if Northwest Texas for help if you do not have enough money to Ney for an attorney and the ou are low income.

Mirna was wonderful! Called for help with a very messy circumstances, loss of loved ones involved and Mirna is very understanding and patient and oh so helpful thru hard moments and hard questions. Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Behavior of Employee, Mirna

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the behavior and conduct of one of your employees, Mirna (Myrna), who works at Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. Her customer service was absolutely unacceptable, characterized by rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of courtesy.

Throughout my interaction with her, Mirna demonstrated a foul attitude, was incredibly unhelpful, and wasted an inordinate amount of time without providing any meaningful assistance. Her behavior is disgraceful and does not represent your organization in any positive light.

It is shocking that someone with such poor interpersonal skills is employed by a company that serves the public. I strongly urge you to take immediate action, including considering her dismissal, if Legal Aid of Northwest Texas wishes to maintain any semblance of respectability. Her continued presence reflects poorly on your organization and will only further damage your reputation.

Mirna’s behavior was nothing short of a disgrace, and it is beyond comprehension how someone with such qualities could hold a position that involves public service. Please address this issue promptly for the sake of your clients and your organization’s integrity.

Terrible and not accountable at all.. Currently representing the other party in my case but didn't tell me until after they wrote a motion and order for myself causing a serious conflict of interest..They refuse my calls and emails..I can't even move forward with my case because I am now at a disadvantage and they still represent the other party..A lawsuit will be the only thing they respond to I am sure..smh....no morals
